Business Development Executive

Location: Vastral Ring Road, Ahmedabad
Flexible Work Mode: Onsite | Hybrid | WFH
Reporting To: Team Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting HRK Workforce’s range of workforce and HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand client workforce and HR needs and effectively explain HRK Workforce’s services, including recruitment solutions, staffing, workforce management, HR consulting, payroll management, and statutory compliance support.
  • Actively generate leads and engage with potential and existing clients to promote and sell services.
  • Successfully convert leads into sales through persuasive telephonic conversations and demonstrate the ability to convince clients to adopt HRK services.
  • Increase revenue through both outbound and inbound calls and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
  • Create and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met efficiently. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client queries and complaints.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to expand HRK Workforce’s reach and visibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Result-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Good understanding of HR services, recruitment processes, and workforce solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in HR services, staffing, or recruitment consultancy.
  • Experience in handling clients across IT, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Automobiles, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Retail Services sectors is a plus.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or job fairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing agencies or HR consultancies.
  • Experience in handling recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Automobiles, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Retail Services sectors is a plus.
